Controls:

Left/Right Arrows: Move Left/Right

Z: Place Chip/Knife

X: Use Ability

There is a manual in the top-left that explains all the abilities!

Columns A, C, and F have Column Slash (clears a column)

Columns B, D, and G have Garbage Dump (colorless chips in all columns)

Column E has Horizon Splitter (clears a row, takes up your turn to charge up, takes up your next turn to use)
